Agency Profile

Social Abilities Inc is trusted, certified and endorsed by the State of Oregon to provide community living supports to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. It was founded by siblings Cesar and Beverly, under the principal belief that “Changing Lives Is Life Changing”, and with a focused purpose of enhancing the lives of the individuals being served. Its office is humbly nestled in the heart of Newberg Oregon, yet services span from north Portland down to Salem and into surrounding areas.
